It’s a new way to cook your quail eggs. This little delicious eggs can be innovate into an elegant and addictive with this recipe.


Quail egg: 30 eggs

Sesame: 1 teaspoon

Ketchup: 2 tablespoon

Vinegar: 1 tablespoon

Sugar: 1 tablespoon


Step 1: Boil the eggs, peel their shell then deep fry them till we have a nice golden colour. Drain all the eggs.

Step 2: Heat the vinegar, ketchup and sugar in a pan.

Step 3: Saute the eggs in the sauce.

Step 4: Place the eggs on plate. Add the sesame on top. Buen provecho!
